Our Associates
Our operations are typically structured around a 3 to
4 person crew concept. One person is designated as the team leader or supervisor.
It is that working supervisor’s responsibility to make sure that the team does its job at each location.
It is also that supervisor’s responsibility to encourage our crews to work together with unity and teamwork.
We are very proud of our employees.
With our incentive based bonus program, we offer them wages that are approximately 30% - 35% higher than is typical
for our industry in this region. While some in our industry may refrain from doing this because they fear
a reduction in profit margins, we have found the opposite to be true. In any field, a motivated, well compensated
individual typically performs on a higher level.
The happier our associates are, the more productive they are, the quicker they work and the
better they clean.
It
goes without saying that we perform background checks on new hires. We will provide background check certifications
for any team members who will be working in your facility.
